Shiloh Watts began her real estate career in 2010 with another local real estate firm, but realized the need for a more supportive environment and found her true professional home at AR Action (previously Red Carpet Action Group), where she has been proudly serving clients ever since. Drawn to the company’s family-like culture and hands-on guidance, she credits the team with helping shape her success from the start.

Originally from Burton, Watts now lives in the countryside in Mayville, enjoying a quieter pace of life with her family on 27 acres — complete with chickens and ducks. Her love for rural living influences their deep appreciation for areas like Davison and Atlas Township, while still valuing the community and culture of greater Genesee County, from Flint’s cultural options and energy to local gems like Stepping Stone Falls.

Before real estate, Watts earned an associate degree of Applied Science in Orthotics and Prosthetics from Baker College. The decision to build a career in real estate came from a desire to find a meaningful, lasting impact — something that truly clicked after helping her first client transition from an apartment into a home where the children finally had room to play. That moment made a lasting impression and solidified her passion for helping people build better lives through homeownership.
